Why subscribe?

I’m an engineering manager with a handful years experience managing teams locally, remotely, and across the world. I use this space to share my approach to management, which focuses on teams with little (or no) structure, and provides them the ideas and processes to get that head start, while maintaining an empathetic and humane lens.

Currently, in balancing my full-time job and parent life, I publish an article once a fortnight. If you subscribe, I may be able write more!
